JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) — The Arkansas State men's basketball team will return to the court on Thursday with a game against Western Kentucky.

Junior guard Trey Finn will help lead the Red Wolves (12-17, 6-8 Sun Belt), who are coming off a 77-67 win over Florida International. The Hilltoppers (9-18, 5-9) lost 66-61 on Sunday to South Alabama.

The Sun Belt Conference on Monday named Finn conference player of the week after he scored 20 points in both the Florida International game and in an 83-59 win over Troy.

Finn also shot 55.6 percent from three-point range and averaged 3.5 rebounds per game.

With just five more rebounds, Finn will become the 23rd Arkansas State player to record 500 career boards.
