SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Dave Dudzinski had 31 points and seven rebounds to lead Holy Cross to a 71-65 victory against San Francisco on Tuesday night. Justin Burrell added 15 points for the Crusaders (7-4), who have won the last four meetings between the schools, dating to 2008. Dudzinski shot 11 of 16 from the field and made two 3-pointers. Cody Doolin scored 18 points and Cole Dickerson 17 for the Dons (5-4), who lost their third straight. It was the second of six games USF is playing in a 12-day span. After shooting a season-low 34.0 percent against Nevada on Saturday, San Francisco was 23 of 61 (37.7 percent) from the field. The Dons trailed 52-46 with 14:30 remaining, but Burrell hit a 3-pointer and Dudzinski added five consecutive points to build the lead to 14. San Francisco got no closer than seven afterward.
