LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming hopes to end the 2012 calendar year on a good note Friday night when the Cowboys host UC Santa Barbara.

The 11-0 Pokes are seeking to match their best start in school history with a victory.

The Gauchos bring a 4-6 record to Arena-Auditorium.

Senior forward Leonard Washington and senior guard Luke Martinez pace the way for the Cowboys at 14.5 points per game each. Washington adds 8.6 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game. He is one of three Mountain West players to rank in the top 10 of the conference in points, rebounds and blocks.

Martinez hits a league-high three 3-pointers per game and adds 1.9 steals on the defensive end.
