BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) — C.J. McCollum scored 20 points and Holden Greiner added 15 as Lehigh beat Holy Cross 75-51 on Saturday for their fourth straight win. McCollum had five steals, five assists and seven rebounds for the Mountain Hawks. Lehigh (18-6, 6-2 Patriot League) led 19-16 before Mike Cavataio hit a jumper to draw Holy Cross within one with 8:18 left in the first half. But the Crusaders would get no closer as McCollum connected on a jumper of his own, sparking a 14-3 run. McCollum capped the spurt with two free throws, giving the Mountain Hawks a 33-21 lead with 1:30 left to play in the half. Lehigh led by no less than 12 points in the second half, outscoring Holy Cross 38-26 during the period. Cavataio led the Crusaders (9-13, 3-5) with 12 points off the bench and Devin Brown added 10.
