DAVIS, Calif. (AP) — Brynton Lemar scored five of his 25 points in overtime and UC Davis beat Long Beach State 75-71 on Saturday night.

The Aggies (18-11, 10-4 Big West) entered the game tied with UC Irvine atop the conference standings, and face the Anteaters in their conference finale Saturday.

Lemar made two free throws and a 3-pointer and UC Davis jumped out on a 7-3 spurt in the extra period for a 73-69 lead. Roschon Prince made a pair of free throws to pull the 49ers to 73-71. Noah Blackwell forced a turnover on the Aggies' next possession, but Chima Moneke blocked his layup attempt with 58 seconds left. Darius Graham and Blackwell traded missed 3s before Graham made two free throws to seal it for the Aggies.
