LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming men's basketball team takes its first foreign tour since 2006 when it travels to play in Canada.

UW will play three games as part a weeklong tournament in Calgary, Alberta. The tournament features fellow NCAA Division I member Montana State and three Canadian schools.

Wyoming opens the tournament versus the host University of Calgary Dinos at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, before squaring off with the Mount Royal University Cougars at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Cowboys conclude tournament play against the Dinos at 8:15 p.m. on Friday. UW's game against the University of Alberta on Saturday has been cancelled.

All games will be played under FIBA international rules.

UW previously visited the same tournament under former head coach Steve McClain in the summer of 2006.
