RG3 is in the house, and he’s causing a stir.

Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III drew a crowd in the Georgia Dome stands before Sunday’s South Regional final between Baylor and Kentucky. Fans lined up in the aisle seeking autographs and photos with the quarterback expected to be the No. 2 pick in this year’s NFL draft.

Wearing black, Griffin sat with Baylor fans in the lower section.

Coach Scott Drew and his players, including Perry Jones III, talked this week about the family atmosphere at Baylor and said Griffin was a frequent visitor in the basketball locker room.

“Besides playing video games, he would probably just chill with us,” Jones said. “He’s real cool. He is a real cool person. On the football field, he’s a beast, but off the football field he’s one of the greatest guys you’ll ever meet. He’s not cocky or what you would really expect from a superstar. He’s a great guy, and he just chills with us in the locker room like anybody.”
