Lydon's 20 points helps Syracuse beat Boston College 75-61

BOSTON (AP) — Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim couldn't believe all the orange-wearing fans he saw when he looked into the stands.

His team went out and gave them plenty to cheer about.

Freshman Tyler Lydon scored 10 of his season-high 20 points during a game-breaking run midway into the second half, carrying Syracuse past Boston College 75-61 on Sunday for its fifth straight win.
