PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Matt Sullivan scored a career-high 27 points, including the game-winning 3-pointer with 10 seconds remaining, as Brown rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to beat Columbia 58-55 Friday night and snap a three-game skid. The Bears (9-12, 3-4 Ivy League) trailed 55-53 with 40 seconds left after the Lions' Maodo Lo hit a trey from the corner. Brown worked the ball around the perimeter to set up Sullivan's shot. Columbia's John Daniels then missed a layup and Brown's Cedric Kuakumensah was fouled on the rebound with 3 seconds remaining. He made both free throws to finish with a career-best 19 points. Alex Rosenberg was fouled on the Lions' last possession, missing a free throw. Sullivan was 7 of 12 from the field, including a career-high 6 of 9 from long range, while Kuakumensah made 8 of 12 field goals. Steve Frankoski scored 20 and Rosenberg 13 for Columbia (10-11, 2-5).
