GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina and North Carolina-Greensboro have agreed to play three times in the next three seasons.

The series announced Thursday will have UNC Greensboro playing in Chapel Hill next season and in 2015-16 while the Tar Heels will visit Greensboro in 2014-15.

Second-year UNC Greensboro coach Wes Miller played three seasons for North Carolina and coach Roy Williams, and was part of the Tar Heels' national championship team in 2005.

Williams says Miller "is an important part of our UNC family" and says if he can help a former player who's coaching another program, that also will help the Tar Heels.
