David Ginsburg

You are here

David Ginsburg, who has been with The Associated Press since 1983, prefers to think of himself as experienced rather than old. He has covered two Super Bowls, two Final Fours, the Winter Olympics and is still waiting for the Baltimore Orioles to provide him the opportunity to write at the World Series for the first time. Ginsburg began his career with the AP in Washington, covering the Redskins and Hoyas, before accepting the job as Maryland-Delaware sports editor in 1990. He's covered the Ravens since they arrived in Baltimore in 1996 and has been writing about Maryland football and basketball since the mid-1970s.
